The Management & Leadership Hub runs Funder Plus and Grantee Support programmes for funders including the Access to Justice Foundation, City Bridge Foundation and London Legal Support Trust.

We work with managers and leaders in funded organisations to improve management and leadership skills and capacity, strengthen organisational resilience, and prepare for future challenges, helping create the advice sector of the future.

We are also embedded within funders’ learning programmes, bringing the experiences and insights of funded organisations into shared learning.

Through this work, we help bridge the gap between funders and those they fund, building mutual understanding and shaping support that responds to the sector’s needs and ambitions.
