Our community of managers…
“There is a real need for our sector to come together, share expertise, and learn from each other’s experiences to address the common challenges we face. Collaborative efforts like these will be key to developing effective, sustainable strategies and solutions for the sector. ”
The Management & Leadership Programme has grown into far more than a training course. It’s now a community of managers and leaders from across the advice and social justice sector who are learning, sharing, and growing together.
Since launching the programme, over 100 managers from more than 80 organisations, including law centres, advice charities, and community-based organisations, have joined our learning community.
They represent the breadth of the sector: people leading small local teams, multi-site services, and national projects; managers of people, of casework, of systems and culture.
Together they’re building a new kind of leadership culture, one that is collaborative, reflective, values-driven, and confident about the importance of good management.
This community is at the heart of the Management & Leadership Hub, a space for managers to connect, share challenges, and access ongoing learning and support. Through online discussions, peer circles, and regional meet-ups, participants continue to build their confidence, exchange ideas, and support one another long after the formal programme ends.
