This course provides a practical overview of the essentials of planning, organising and delivering a project. It introduces defining objectives and scope, identifying stakeholders, creating a realistic plan, managing risks and resources, monitoring progress and communicating effectively.
This course is for anyone new to project management, or who manages projects as part of a wider role without formal training; particularly project leads, coordinators and team members managing smaller projects.
We offer this workshop three times a year, and limited the number of spaces for each workshop, so we encourage you to book early and reserve your place!
The course is delivered by experienced organisational development consultants Matthew Howgate and Jayne Butler.
