This course provides a practical overview of the essential skills and responsibilities involved in managing others. It introduces setting clear expectations, communicating effectively, delegating work, giving constructive feedback, supporting wellbeing and development, and responding appropriately to performance concerns.
This course is for new managers, supervisors and team leaders, as well as people who manage or coordinate others informally or occasionally. No extensive management experience is required.
We offer this workshop three times a year, and limited the number of spaces for each workshop, so we encourage you to book early and reserve your place!
The course is delivered by experienced organisational development consultants Matthew Howgate and Jayne Butler.
