The Leading Organisations Programme develops the strategic judgement and organisational resilience required to lead legal advice and social justice organisations through pressure, uncertainty and change. Structured around the Hub’s Organisational Resilience Framework, it explores purpose and strategic choices, emerging risks and opportunities, trust and decision-making, workforce capacity, resources and continuity, and learning through relationships with communities, partners and funders. Participants diagnose their own organisation, examine live strategic problems and test practical organisational change.

This Programme is for chief executives, directors and senior managers with responsibility across an organisation or a substantial service area, particularly leaders making difficult choices about strategy, sustainability, organisational design, culture, capability and risk.

The Programme is delivered by experienced organisational development consultants Matthew Howgate and Jayne Butler.
