This programme is open to Access to Justice Foundation ‘ILTA’ grant holders and City Bridge Foundation ‘Access to Justice’ grant holders.

Leading into the Future brings senior and executive leaders together to confront the scale and pace of change facing legal advice and social justice organisations. It considers uncertain funding, workforce pressures, rising client need and complexity, AI and technology, political change, public policy, rights and institutional trust. Rather than a conventional taught course, it is built around residential gatherings and sustained collaboration, with keynote speakers, peer challenge, facilitated work and practical development of solutions, organisational plans and collective action.

This Programme is for senior and executive leaders responsible for shaping the longer-term direction of their organisations, particularly those leading significant transformation, working across organisational or sector boundaries, or preparing their organisations for uncertain futures.
