Future /Emerging Managers Course

This programme is designed for future and emerging managers - people who are preparing to move into management, have recently stepped into a management role, or are taking on management responsibilities for the first time.

It is aimed at absolute beginners and will help participants understand what management really involves, what to expect when moving from colleague to manager, and the core skills and mindsets needed to make a strong start.

The programme begins with an introductory live workshop, followed by practical online learning materials that participants can work through in their own time, and concludes with a follow-up workshop a couple of months later to reflect on learning, discuss real experiences and build confidence for the next stage of their management journey.

The opening workshop is Tuesday 7th July 1.30-3pm

The course is delivered by experienced organisational development consultants Matthew Howgate and Jayne Butler.
